Choosing a battery for the Peugeot Traveller
The Traveller has been on sale since 2016 and is a current model. Cars of this age carry a lot of electronics, and most need a EFB battery matched to the factory specification.

What a Peugeot needs from its battery
Most recent Peugeots with stop/start take an EFB or AGM battery in H5 or H6. Older models without it use a flooded battery of the same DIN footprint. The technician confirms from the label or the VIN.
When the charge is low, a Peugeot goes into economy mode and switches off the radio and other comfort functions to protect starting. After a new battery is connected, it is best to wait a minute or two before switching on, so the control units can wake up in order.
