About FIAMM
FIAMM comes from the Veneto region and is one of the few European battery makers still trading under its original name. Two ranges matter for cars: Titanium for conventional vehicles, and ecoFORCE for stop/start, which comes as AGM and as AFB, the name FIAMM gives its enhanced flooded battery. The brand turns up as the original battery in many Italian cars, so for a Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati or Ferrari it is often the like-for-like choice. Outside Italian makes it is less common in the UAE, which means some sizes need to be checked for stock before we come out.

A FIAMM ecoFORCE AGM is technically right for a stop/start Range Rover if we have it in the matching size. Stock in Land Rover sizes is patchy, so we confirm before dispatch and offer another AGM brand if it is not on the van.

FIAMM battery questions
What does AFB mean on a FIAMM battery?
It is the FIAMM name for an enhanced flooded battery, the same idea other brands call EFB. It suits lighter stop/start systems and is not a substitute for AGM.
Is FIAMM only for Italian cars?
No. It is made in standard DIN sizes and fits any car that takes that size. It is simply most often seen in Italian makes.
Do FIAMM batteries carry a warranty?
Yes, up to 24 months. The exact term depends on the battery model.
