Choosing a battery for the Aston Martin One-77
The One-77 ran from 2009 to 2012. Later cars in that range often have start-stop and need AGM, while earlier ones use a standard battery, so the model year decides what we bring.

What a Aston Martin needs from its battery
Most cars in this class take a large AGM battery in a DIN size, usually H7 or H8. A few recent models leave the factory with a lightweight 12V lithium battery. Specifications vary a lot by model, so the VIN is checked before anything is sent out.
The battery is rarely under the bonnet. It may be in the front luggage compartment, the boot or behind trim, and the lid release is often electric, so a flat battery can lock you out of the compartment that holds it. A battery conditioner is worth using on any car that sits for more than a week.
